Buyer questions
Eight questions buyers ask about the Jayco Pinnacle 38FBRK, answered from the RVs listed on US RV Connection right now.
Right now US RV Connection shows three approved, priced Pinnacle 38FBRK fifth wheels asking from $107,992 to $136,495, with a median asking price of $114,979. Those are asking prices, not what anyone paid. The spread largely tracks build and options: one unit lists upgrades like Midnight Gold full body paint, the Pinnacle Luxury Package and a third 15K A/C, which sits at the top of the range. All three listings include photos.
The three listed units are 2026 and 2027 model years, so this is essentially current, late-model inventory rather than older used stock. There are no earlier years showing on US RV Connection at the moment. All three are fifth wheels with photos. If you want an older 38FBRK, there is nothing on the site to compare against right now, so the 2026–2027 units are your reference point for pricing.
All three listings are the same 38FBRK floorplan: a triple-slide fifth wheel with a rear kitchen, king bed slide out, bath and a half, fireplace and theater seating. Two descriptions list sleeps 4 with 3 slides, at lengths of 43 ft 10 in and 42 ft 5 in. The front holds a large master bath, and a half bath sits straight ahead as you enter, with a desk/coffee bar in the living area.
Even on 2026–2027 units, work the roof and all seams and sealants first, then check the slide seals and operation on all three slides, since this plan runs triples. Test the fireplace, the king bed slide, and both bathrooms, including the half bath plumbing. Confirm any advertised upgrades are actually fitted, such as the Pinnacle Luxury Package, full body paint or the third 15K A/C. Verify tires, brakes and that the pin box and frame are clean and straight.
From the listings: rear kitchen, king bed slide out, bath and a half, walk-in closet, fireplace, theater seating, three slides, and a desk/coffee bar in the main living area. A half bath sits just inside the entry, with a large master bath up front. One unit adds Midnight Gold full body paint, the Pinnacle Luxury Package and a third 15K air conditioner. Stated capacity is sleeps 4, with lengths of 42 ft 5 in and 43 ft 10 in.
The listed features point that way. It sleeps 4 but is built around two people living in it: a bath and a half, a walk-in closet, a king bed slide out, a rear kitchen, a fireplace, theater seating and a desk/coffee bar for working. Three slides open the floor up when parked. At 42 to nearly 44 feet, plan on larger sites and a truck matched to a fifth wheel this size. The listings do not state weights.
The three currently listed on US RV Connection are in McDonough, Georgia (two units) and Lima, Ohio (one unit). All are fifth wheels, all have photos, and all are 2026 or 2027 model years. That is the full priced, approved inventory for this floorplan right now, so if you are not near Georgia or Ohio, expect to travel or check back as new listings are added.
On price, the Pinnacle sits well above both. The 38FBRK asks $107,992 to $136,495 with a $114,979 median on 2026–2027 units. The Eagle 321RSTS shows three listings from $29,950 to $64,981, median $62,658, spanning 2019–2027. The Eagle HT 312BHOK runs $28,778 to $39,777, median $29,987, in 2021–2023. The site does not list comparable floorplan details for those siblings, so compare the actual units rather than assuming equivalent layouts.
Answers are written from approved, priced listings on US RV Connection— asking prices, not sale prices — and from what the dealers' own descriptions say. Figures in the strip above are live; the answers refresh as inventory changes.
