Question 1

How much does a used Jayco Eagle HT 312BHOK cost?

Accepted Answer

Right now US RV Connection shows 3 approved, priced Eagle HT 312BHOK listings, all with photos. Asking prices run from $28,778 to $39,777, with a median of $29,987. Those are asking prices, not what anyone paid. The spread is fairly tight, so the difference largely comes down to model year and condition rather than big equipment changes between units.

Question 2

What years of the Eagle HT 312BHOK are for sale?

Accepted Answer

The current listings fall between 2021 and 2023, so everything on the site for this floorplan is a late-model used travel trailer. With only 3 units listed, year coverage is thin and there is no older or brand-new example at the moment. If a specific year matters to you, check the individual listing details, since each one notes its year alongside the asking price and photos.

Question 3

What layouts or floorplans of the Eagle HT 312BHOK are listed?

Accepted Answer

The 312BHOK is a single floorplan, so all 3 listings share the same layout: a front private bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen island and booth dinette in the middle, and a rear private bunkhouse with two bunks plus a tri-fold sofa slide. One description lists it at 38 feet 8 inches, sleeping 8, with 3 slides. All listings are travel trailers.

Question 4

What should I check before buying a used Eagle HT 312BHOK?

Accepted Answer

With 2021 to 2023 units, focus on the things this floorplan actually has. Run all 3 slides fully in and out and inspect the seals. Test the washer and dryer hookup area and the wardrobe/linen closet for moisture. Fire up the fireplace, check the outside kitchen and outside shower for leaks and working valves, and try the USB charging ports. Then do the usual roof, sidewall seam, tire date and brake inspection.

Question 5

What features come on the Eagle HT 312BHOK?

Accepted Answer

From the dealer descriptions: bunk beds in a rear private bunkhouse, with a 39-by-74 bunk above a wardrobe and a 30-by-74 bunk above a tri-fold sofa slide. There is a fireplace, a front private bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen island, a booth dinette, a wardrobe and linen closet with washer and dryer, USB charging ports, an outside shower and an outside kitchen. One listing notes 3 slides and sleeping for 8.

Question 6

Is the Eagle HT 312BHOK good for full-timing?

Accepted Answer

The listed features line up with longer stays. You get a washer and dryer in the wardrobe and linen closet, a fireplace, a kitchen island, three slides for floor space and an outside kitchen plus outside shower. The front private bedroom is separate from the rear bunkhouse, which helps when people keep different schedules. Nothing in the listings addresses tow weights or four-season ratings, so verify those on the unit itself.

Question 7

Where can I find a Eagle HT 312BHOK for sale near me?

Accepted Answer

The 3 units listed on US RV Connection are in two places: Seguin, Texas has 2 of them and Sarasota, Florida has the third. All three are travel trailers, all three have photos, and the model years are 2021 through 2023. There are no other cities with this floorplan at the moment, so buyers outside Texas and Florida should plan on a trip or arrange their own hauling.

Question 8

How does the Eagle HT 312BHOK compare to the Eagle 321RSTS or Eagle SLE 24MLE?

Accepted Answer

All three are Jayco travel trailers, but the price bands differ. The 312BHOK lists from $28,778 to $39,777, median $29,987, years 2021 to 2023. The Eagle 321RSTS shows 3 listings from $29,950 to $64,981, median $62,658, years 2019 to 2027. The Eagle SLE 24MLE shows 3 from $38,777 to $47,979, median $41,979, years 2026 to 2027. Only the 312BHOK listings describe a rear bunkhouse and washer and dryer.
