Quick answer · updated October 21, 2026
This report shows what used RVs are actually listed for right now: the median asking price by class, by brand and by model-year bracket, computed from the priced RVs on this site and recalculated every hour. It is a Q4 2026 snapshot you can cite with a date; the next edition is due in January 2027. The typical RV listed on US RV Connection right now has been up 92 days; 18% of live listings are under 30 days old.
Most published RV value figures are either a guide book's opinion or a number someone remembered from a dealer lot. The tables below are different: each one is computed from the RVs currently listed on this site with a real asking price, and refreshed hourly. Asking is not sold, and dealer asking prices run above what a private sale brings, so read every figure as the top of the conversation, not the bottom. The method is at the end of the page, with how to cite it.
Median asking price by class
Class A, B and C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and pop-ups each carry a different price band, and the gaps between them are wider than the gaps between brands inside one class. Start here, then narrow by brand and age.
| Type | Median asking | Lowest | Highest | Listings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Class A motorhome | $87,795 | $7,000 | $259,850 | 109 |
| Class B camper van | $94,937 | $34,900 | $184,985 | 42 |
| Class C motorhome | $82,985 | $23,777 | $399,995 | 121 |
| Travel trailer | $27,777 | $3,995 | $139,495 | 1855 |
| Fifth wheel | $62,326 | $3,995 | $176,794 | 456 |
| Toy hauler | $39,636 | $9,988 | $244,632 | 164 |
| Other (pop-ups, truck campers, park models) | $54,900 | $4,999 | $147,500 | 235 |
Median asking price by brand
Brands are ranked by the number of priced listings, so the top rows are the brands with the most data behind them. A brand with a high median and a small count is usually a luxury line with a few units, not a price trend.
| Brand | Median asking | Lowest | Highest | Listings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Forest River | $34,988 | $4,999 | $198,985 | 1165 |
| Keystone | $27,995 | $3,995 | $85,950 | 192 |
| Jayco | $29,996 | $4,999 | $159,979 | 156 |
| Grand Design | $35,636 | $12,999 | $279,985 | 142 |
| Coachmen | $27,486 | $8,495 | $145,995 | 138 |
| Winnebago | $32,468 | $14,789 | $199,245 | 103 |
| CrossRoads | $26,884 | $9,988 | $69,979 | 82 |
| Brinkley | $84,445 | $41,648 | $244,632 | 76 |
| KZ | $42,995 | $11,495 | $176,794 | 67 |
| Thor Motor Coach | $88,995 | $28,553 | $304,995 | 63 |
| Dutchmen | $24,490 | $6,988 | $66,977 | 62 |
| Heartland | $24,894 | $7,488 | $83,995 | 54 |
| inTech | $47,472 | $19,985 | $89,876 | 47 |
| Venture RV | $41,202 | $8,995 | $74,977 | 45 |
| Venture | $34,479 | $13,107 | $79,979 | 43 |
Median asking price by model year
Age is the single largest factor after class. The brackets below show how asking prices step down as the model year gets older; the depreciation-rate guide turns the same data into a calculator for one RV's class and year.
| Model years | Median asking | Lowest | Highest | Listings |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2024 and newer | $38,999 | $7,000 | $399,995 | 1892 |
| 2020–2023 | $26,995 | $4,999 | $219,795 | 557 |
| 2015–2019 | $26,995 | $6,495 | $259,850 | 365 |
| 2010–2014 | $19,995 | $5,988 | $129,860 | 125 |
| 2000–2009 | $29,998 | $3,995 | $194,899 | 39 |
How long listings stay up
A price is only a price if someone pays it. The median number of days the current listings have been live is the closest thing to a liquidity reading this site can give; a rising number means sellers are asking more than buyers are paying.
| Type | Median days listed | Listings |
|---|---|---|
| All RVs | 92 | 3,149 |
| Class A motorhome | 92 | 137 |
| Class B camper van | 92 | 56 |
| Class C motorhome | 92 | 136 |
| Travel trailer | 92 | 1921 |
| Fifth wheel | 92 | 475 |
| Toy hauler | 92 | 173 |
| Other (pop-ups, truck campers, park models) | 92 | 251 |
How to read these numbers
- Asking, not sold. Final prices for used RVs typically settle below asking; the discount varies by class, season and how long the unit has been listed.
- Dealer and private listings are pooled. Dealer asking prices include reconditioning, warranty and overhead; a private seller with the same RV usually lists lower.
- Rows with few listings are noisy. Classes, brands and year brackets with under five priced listings are left out of the tables for that reason.
- Hourly refresh, quarterly snapshot. The tables change as inventory changes; the quarter in the title is the snapshot period for anyone citing a figure.
Method and how to cite this report
Source: every approved listing on US RV Connection with a price above zero, grouped by class (item type), by brand (case-insensitive, five or more priced listings) and by model-year bracket. Medians are the 50th percentile of asking price within each group. Figures are recomputed every hour from the live database; nothing on this page is typed in by hand.

Frequently asked questions
- Are these sold prices or asking prices?
- Asking prices. They are the prices sellers list at on this site, recalculated hourly. Sold prices are not public for private sales, so asking medians are the most complete measured figure available, and final prices usually settle below them.
- How current are the figures?
- Each table is recomputed every hour from the RVs currently listed. The quarter in the title is the citation period; the January 2027 edition will carry the Q1 snapshot.
- Can I quote these numbers in an article or forum post?
- Yes, with a link to this page and the date you accessed it. The tables are measured from live listings and are free to cite.
- How do I get a value for my own RV from this?
- Find your class and model-year bracket here for the band, then run the free appraisal, which compares your RV against the live listings closest to it in brand, year and condition.
