Question 1

How much does a used Grand Design Transcend Xplor 26BHX cost?

Accepted Answer

On US RV Connection there are three priced 26BHX travel trailers right now, asking between $24,895 and $27,995, with a median asking price of $27,495. Those are asking prices set by sellers, not recorded sale prices. All three are recent units (2026 and 2027 model years) and all three have photos, so you can see the actual trailer before you call about one.

Question 2

What years of the Transcend Xplor 26BHX are for sale?

Accepted Answer

The current listings cover model years 2026 and 2027, so everything on the site for this floorplan is new or close to it. With only three units listed, the year spread is narrow, and prices across them run $24,895 to $27,995 with a $27,495 median. If you need an older used example, nothing in that range appears in the 26BHX listings at the moment.

Question 3

What layouts or floorplans of the Transcend Xplor 26BHX are listed?

Accepted Answer

The 26BHX is one floorplan, a single-slide bunkhouse travel trailer. The descriptions list double-size bunk beds in the rear corner, a booth dinette, an entry counter with storage, a queen bed in the front semi-private bedroom, and a 60-inch roll over sofa. Listed length is 30 ft 11 in with one slide. Sleeping capacity is given as eight on one listing and nine on another, depending on how the dinette is used.

Question 4

What should I check before buying a used Transcend Xplor 26BHX?

Accepted Answer

Even on 2026 and 2027 units, check the roof and all sealant seams, and look at the single slide for smooth travel and a clean seal. Test the bunk beds and the 60-inch roll over sofa mechanism, since those are the features these listings sell on. Run the water system for leaks, check tire date codes, and confirm appliances and brakes work. Ask for anything not shown in the photos, since descriptions here are short.

Question 5

What features come on the Transcend Xplor 26BHX?

Accepted Answer

Going only by what the listings state: double-size bunk beds in the rear corner, a booth dinette that can sleep a guest or two small kids, an entry counter with storage, a queen bed in a front semi-private bedroom, and a 60-inch roll over sofa. It is a travel trailer with one slide and a listed length of 30 ft 11 in, sleeping eight or nine depending on the listing. No other equipment is described.

Question 6

Is the Transcend Xplor 26BHX good for families?

Accepted Answer

That is what the descriptions point to. Each one leads with camping with a larger family or a few extra friends, and the sleeping count is eight to nine between the rear double bunks, the 60-inch roll over sofa, the booth dinette and the front queen bed. The front bedroom is described as semi-private on one unit. Nothing in these listings covers tow weights, so check the factory numbers against your vehicle.

Question 7

Where can I find a Transcend Xplor 26BHX for sale near me?

Accepted Answer

All three 26BHX travel trailers listed on US RV Connection right now are in Cookeville, Tennessee. Each has photos, model years are 2026 and 2027, and asking prices run $24,895 to $27,995. There are no listings in other cities for this floorplan at the moment, so if you are outside middle Tennessee, plan on a drive or check back as new listings come in.

Question 8

How does the Transcend Xplor 26BHX compare to the Imagine 2800BH or the Imagine XLS 23LDE?

Accepted Answer

By listings only: the 26BHX has three units at $24,895 to $27,995, median $27,495, years 2026 to 2027. The Imagine 2800BH, also a bunkhouse, shows five listings from $18,295 to $37,995, median $31,495, spanning 2019 to 2026, so there are older and cheaper options there. The Imagine XLS 23LDE has four listings, $22,778 to $36,995, median $29,522, years 2023 to 2027. Floorplan details for the siblings are not given here.
