Question 1

How much does a used Forest River Surveyor Legend 303BHLE cost?

Accepted Answer

Right now US RV Connection shows 4 approved, priced 303BHLE listings asking between $45,977 and $52,999, with a median asking price of $47,477. All four have photos. Keep in mind those are asking prices, not what anyone actually paid. The spread is fairly tight, so differences usually come down to model year and how each unit is equipped rather than big condition gaps.

Question 2

What years of the Surveyor Legend 303BHLE are for sale?

Accepted Answer

The listings on US RV Connection cover model years 2026 and 2027, so everything currently posted is a current or next-year unit rather than an older used trailer. With only 4 priced listings in the mix, the year selection is narrow. If a specific year matters to you, check each listing directly, since the model year is stated there along with photos and the asking price.

Question 3

What layouts or floorplans of the Surveyor Legend 303BHLE are listed?

Accepted Answer

The 303BHLE is one floorplan: a dual-slide family bunkhouse travel trailer. Descriptions list a private rear bunkhouse with three bunks, an EZ-Out tri-fold sofa and a built-in wardrobe or closet, plus a front master bedroom, a pantry and dual entry doors. One listing gives a length of 37 ft 11 in, two slides and sleeping for up to ten. All 4 listings are travel trailers.

Question 4

What should I check before buying a used Surveyor Legend 303BHLE?

Accepted Answer

Since these are 2026 and 2027 units, focus on transport and lot time rather than age. Run both slides out and in fully and look at the seals, since this floorplan has two. Check the roof and all seams, test the stove, sink and refrigerator mentioned in the descriptions, and check the bunkhouse sofa and wardrobe hardware. Confirm both entry doors latch and seal, and look for water staining in corners and under the bunks.

Question 5

What features come on the Surveyor Legend 303BHLE?

Accepted Answer

Per the dealer descriptions: two slideouts opening up the central living area and the rear bunk room, a private rear bunkhouse with three bunks, an EZ-Out tri-fold sofa and a built-in wardrobe or closet, a front master bedroom, a pantry, an HDTV and dual entry doors. The kitchen is listed with a stove, sink and refrigerator, and the living area includes two sofas. Sleeping capacity is listed at ten.

Question 6

Is the Surveyor Legend 303BHLE good for full-timing?

Accepted Answer

It is built around long stays with a family. The descriptions call it an extended-season family bunkhouse with dual slides that open up both the main living area and the rear bunk room, plus a front master bedroom, a pantry, a wardrobe in the bunkhouse and dual entry doors. At 37 ft 11 in and sleeping ten, it is roomy. The listings do not give weights or tow ratings, so verify those on the unit before committing.

Question 7

Where can I find a Surveyor Legend 303BHLE for sale near me?

Accepted Answer

The 4 priced 303BHLE listings on US RV Connection are in two places: Haltom City, Texas has three of them, and West Point, Virginia has one. All are travel trailers from the 2026 and 2027 model years, and all four include photos. If neither location is close, it is worth checking back, since the listing pool for this floorplan is small and shifts as units come and go.

Question 8

How does the Surveyor Legend 303BHLE compare to the Grey Wolf 26SS or Puma Vista 403LFT?

Accepted Answer

The 303BHLE sits in the middle on price, asking $45,977 to $52,999 with a $47,477 median across 4 listings. The Cherokee Grey Wolf 26SS is the budget option at $21,985 to $31,777 over 7 listings, model years 2025 to 2027. The Puma Vista 403LFT runs higher, $57,988 to $64,995 with a $64,985 median across 9 listings in 2026 and 2027. Floorplan details beyond the 303BHLE are not given in these listings.
