Buyer questions
Eight questions buyers ask about the Forest River Flagstaff Super Lite 26SRD, answered from the RVs listed on US RV Connection right now.
Right now US RV Connection has 3 priced 26SRD listings, asking between $44,995 and $48,880, with a median asking price of $48,808. Those are asking prices set by sellers, not what anyone actually paid. All three are late-model units, so they are not really used units in the high-mileage sense. Equipment differs between them, and the one with auto leveling and a second air conditioner sits at the upper end of that range.
The current listings fall in the 2026 to 2027 model years. There are only three of them, so the year spread is narrow and you are not going to find older 26SRD examples on the site at the moment. If you want a specific model year, it is worth checking back, since the mix of three listings can change as units come and go. All three listings include photos.
The 26SRD is one floorplan, and all three listings describe it the same way: a front private bedroom, a walk-thru bath, a theater seat slide, and a rear U-shaped dinette. The kitchen is described as a full kitchen with a three burner gas oven, a microwave, a 12V refrigerator, and a pantry. Differences between the listings come from options and packages, not from the layout itself.
Even on 2026 and 2027 units, go over the roof, seams and window seals for sealant gaps, and check the slide seals, since these listings mention two slide toppers and a theater seat slide. Run the three burner gas oven, microwave and 12V refrigerator, and cycle the air conditioning, including the second 15,000 BTU unit on the listing that has it. Test the auto leveling if equipped. Confirm the Platinum Package contents in writing with the seller.
From the dealer descriptions: a front private bedroom, walk-thru bath, theater seat slide and rear U-shaped dinette, plus a full kitchen with a three burner gas oven, microwave, 12V refrigerator and pantry. The Platinum Package shows up on all three. Individual listings add upgraded slide toppers, day/night roller shades, auto leveling, a 15,000 BTU second air conditioner, a smart bedroom TV, a front sliding storage tray and the Coast to Coast Package.
The layout described in these listings reads as couple-friendly: a front private bedroom you can close off, a walk-thru bath, theater seating on a slide and a rear U-shaped dinette for meals or working. The full kitchen with a three burner gas oven, microwave and 12V refrigerator covers real cooking. The listings do not state weights or towing figures, so check the manufacturer data and your tow vehicle rating before committing.
The three 26SRD travel trailers listed on US RV Connection are spread across three states: one in Cookeville, Tennessee, one in Lexington, North Carolina, and one in Tiffin, Ohio. All three have photos, so you can see the interior and the options before you travel. With only three units nationally at the moment, buyers outside those areas should expect a drive or a wider search.
They sit at different price points on US RV Connection. The 26SRD shows 3 travel trailers asking $44,995 to $48,880, median $48,808, in 2026 to 2027. The Cherokee Grey Wolf 26SS has 7 listings from $21,985 to $31,777, median $28,911, years 2025 to 2027. The Puma Vista 403LFT has 9 listings from $57,988 to $64,995, median $64,985. The site does not provide feature-by-feature comparisons, only each model's own listing details.
Answers are written from approved, priced listings on US RV Connection— asking prices, not sale prices — and from what the dealers' own descriptions say. Figures in the strip above are live; the answers refresh as inventory changes.
