Buyer questions
Eight questions buyers ask about the Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite 22LKS, answered from the RVs listed on US RV Connection right now.
Right now US RV Connection has 3 approved, priced 22LKS listings, with asking prices from $41,994 to $44,920 and a median asking price of $41,994. Those are asking prices, not what anyone actually paid. All three units are listed as 2027 model years, so there are no older, higher-mileage-era units in the mix to pull the range down. All three have photos.
Every 22LKS currently listed on US RV Connection is a 2027 model. All three priced listings fall in that single model year, so there is no spread of older years to compare against at the moment. If you are shopping for an earlier build, the site simply does not show one for this floorplan today. Asking prices on the 2027 units run $41,994 to $44,920.
The 22LKS is one floorplan, and the listings describe it consistently: a single slide, sleeps 2, and a length of 23 feet 10 inches. Descriptions call out a semi-private front bedroom with a privacy curtain, a walk-around queen bed and dual bedside wardrobes, plus a theater seat slide, fireplace and drop frame pass-thru storage. One listing also notes a Great Expectations Package and slide topper.
These are all 2027 units, so you are mostly checking transport and lot-sitting issues rather than wear. Look along the roof and seams for sealant gaps, test the slide in and out, and check the slide topper on the unit that lists one. Run the fireplace, open and close the pass-thru storage doors, and sit in the theater seats to check the recline mechanism. Also confirm tires, brakes and whether the Great Expectations Package is actually on the unit you view.
Based on the listing descriptions: a front queen bed in a semi-private bedroom with a privacy curtain, dual bedside wardrobes, a theater seat slide, a fireplace and drop frame pass-thru storage. One unit is advertised with the Great Expectations Package and a slide topper. Specs given are 23 feet 10 inches long, sleeps 2, one slide. Anything beyond that is not stated in these listings, so ask the seller directly.
The listings point that way. Each one states it sleeps 2, with a single walk-around queen up front behind a privacy curtain, dual wardrobes, a theater seat slide and a fireplace. There are no bunks or convertible sleeping spots mentioned, so it reads as a two-person trailer. The listings do not give dry weight or tongue weight, so if towing capacity matters, get those numbers from the seller before you commit.
US RV Connection currently shows three 22LKS travel trailers, one each in Cookeville, Tennessee; Lexington, North Carolina; and Sarasota, Florida. All three are 2027 models with photos, asking $41,994 to $44,920. With only three units spread across the Southeast, expect to travel or arrange delivery unless you happen to be near one of those three cities.
Mostly it is a price gap. The 22LKS asks $41,994 to $44,920 across three 2027 units. The Grey Wolf 26SS shows 7 listings from $21,985 to $31,777, median $28,911, in model years 2025 to 2027. The Wolf Pup 17JW shows 9 listings from $18,991 to $26,998, median $23,988, years 2026 to 2027. The site does not list comparable floorplan or weight details for those siblings, so compare specs with each seller.
Answers are written from approved, priced listings on US RV Connection— asking prices, not sale prices — and from what the dealers' own descriptions say. Figures in the strip above are live; the answers refresh as inventory changes.
