Question 1

How much does a used Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pup 14RKLP cost?

Accepted Answer

Right now US RV Connection shows three priced Wolf Pup 14RKLP travel trailers, with asking prices from $14,199 to $15,400 and a median asking price of $14,988. Those are asking prices set by sellers, not confirmed sale prices. All three listings include photos. The current group is late-model rather than older used stock, so there is no older-unit pricing here to compare against.

Question 2

What years of the Wolf Pup 14RKLP are for sale?

Accepted Answer

The 14RKLP listings on US RV Connection are 2026 and 2027 model years. That is the full span available at the moment, so you will not find early or high-mileage used examples in this group. With only three units listed, the year mix is small, and each one is a travel trailer. If you want an older 14RKLP, nothing in the current inventory covers that.

Question 3

What layouts or floorplans of the Wolf Pup 14RKLP are listed?

Accepted Answer

The 14RKLP is a single floorplan, and every listing here is that same travel trailer. Dealer descriptions call out a rear kitchen, a sofa that converts to a queen bed, and a bathroom. One listing states a length of 17 feet 4 inches and sleeps 4, another lists the same length and sleeps 3. Beyond that, no other interior variations are described.

Question 4

What should I check before buying a used Wolf Pup 14RKLP?

Accepted Answer

Since these are 2026 and 2027 units, focus on transport and lot-storage issues: roof and seam sealant, window and trim caulking, and any soft spots in the floor. Test the rear kitchen appliances, the water system and the bathroom fixtures. Open and inspect the 9-foot awning, check the outside storage compartment latches, and confirm the sofa queen bed converts smoothly. Tires, brakes, bearings and the coupler deserve a look on any travel trailer.

Question 5

What features come on the Wolf Pup 14RKLP?

Accepted Answer

From the dealer descriptions: a rear kitchen layout, a sofa that converts to a queen bed, outside storage, a 9-foot exterior awning, and a full bathroom. Sellers describe it as ultra-light and easy to tow, and pitch it toward weekend trips, state parks and first-time buyers. Listed length is 17 feet 4 inches, with sleeping capacity given as 3 in one listing and 4 in another. No other equipment is specified.

Question 6

Is the Wolf Pup 14RKLP a good choice for couples?

Accepted Answer

The listings point that way. At 17 feet 4 inches with a sofa queen bed, a rear kitchen and a bathroom, it is set up for two people on weekend or state park trips, with a sleeping count given as 3 or 4 depending on the listing. Sellers describe it as a compact camper built for simplicity and mobility rather than long-term living. No weight figures are provided, so verify those before towing.

Question 7

Where can I find a Wolf Pup 14RKLP for sale near me?

Accepted Answer

The three 14RKLP travel trailers listed on US RV Connection are in Seguin, Texas, which has two, and Sarasota, Florida, which has one. All three have photos. Because the count is small and spread across two states, buyers outside Texas and Florida may need to look at the listings from a distance or watch for new ones to come online.

Question 8

How does the Wolf Pup 14RKLP compare to the Wolf Pup 16LP or 17JW?

Accepted Answer

The 16LP is the closest in price, with eight listed from $11,999 to $15,888 and a median of $13,822, in 2026 and 2027 years, so it overlaps the 14RKLP's $14,199 to $15,400 range. The 17JW steps up: nine listed from $18,991 to $26,998, median $23,988, also 2026 to 2027. The listings do not describe the siblings' floorplans, so compare layouts unit by unit.
