Buyer questions
Eight questions buyers ask about the Brinkley Model Z 3600, answered from the RVs listed on US RV Connection right now.
Right now US RV Connection shows 4 approved, priced Model Z 3600 listings, all with photos. Asking prices run from $104,995 to $131,402, with a median asking price of $104,995. Those are asking prices set by sellers, not recorded sale prices, so the final number can differ. Since all four units are the same model year, the spread mostly reflects how each one is equipped and where it sits.
Every Model Z 3600 currently listed on US RV Connection is a 2027 model year. All four are fifth wheels, and all four have photos posted. There are no older model years in the current listings, so if you are hoping to compare a 2024 or 2025 build against a 2027, that comparison is not possible from what is listed at the moment for this specific model.
The descriptions point to one rear living layout. Sellers mention a spacious rear living area with a 72-inch tri-fold sofa along the rear wall, 62-inch theater seating, an island kitchen, a private king bedroom, a dual-sink bathroom, and a sliding desk or dining table. One listing states 38 ft 11 in, three slides, and sleeps 4. Beyond that, no separate alternate floorplans are described in the current listings.
These are 2027 fifth wheels, so most will be close to new, but still inspect carefully. Walk the roof and all seams and sealant, check around each of the three slides for smooth operation and clean seals, and run the slides fully in and out. Test the theater seating recliners, tri-fold sofa, Televator TV lift and the fireplace mentioned in the descriptions. Check the dual-sink bathroom and island kitchen plumbing for leaks, and confirm tires, brakes and the hitch setup.
From the dealer descriptions: 62-inch theater seating, a 72-inch tri-fold sofa, a Televator TV lift, a fireplace, an island kitchen, a private king bedroom, a dual-sink bathroom, a sliding desk/dining table, and Brinkley storage solutions. Sellers describe it as an open, residential-style layout with upscale finishes. One listing lists 38 ft 11 in, three slides and sleeps 4. Anything not named here is not stated in the current listings.
The listings lean that way. One seller describes it as designed for extended travel and full-time RV living, with residential comfort, and others mention extended campground stays. Features that support that include the rear living area, island kitchen, private king bedroom, dual-sink bathroom, fireplace and dedicated storage. One unit is listed as sleeping 4 with three slides, so it suits a couple or small family. No weights or tow ratings are given in the listings.
All four Model Z 3600 listings on US RV Connection are split between two towns: Cookeville, Tennessee has two, and Middlebury, Indiana has the other two. Every one has photos. If neither of those areas is close to you, there is nothing else listed for this model right now, so you would be looking at a drive or checking back as new fifth wheels are added.
On asking prices alone: the 3600 lists at $104,995 to $131,402 with a $104,995 median across 4 units, all 2027. The Model Z 3200 shows 3 listings from $93,995 to $130,209, median $103,995, years 2026 to 2027. The Model Z 3210 shows 3 listings from $87,926 to $102,995, median $102,995, also 2026 to 2027. The listings do not give floorplan details for the siblings, so compare those layouts in person.
