Question 1

How much does a used Brinkley Model Z 3110 cost?

Accepted Answer

Right now US RV Connection shows 3 approved, priced Model Z 3110 listings asking between $71,195 and $96,995, with a median asking price of $96,995. Those are asking prices, not what anyone actually paid. With only three units on the board, the spread mostly reflects year and how each unit is equipped. All three listings include photos, so you can see condition before you call.

Question 2

What years of the Model Z 3110 are for sale?

Accepted Answer

The listings on US RV Connection currently cover model years 2026 and 2027, so this is a late-model group rather than a used-market bargain hunt. One of the three descriptions specifically names a 2026 unit. There are no older years listed at the moment, and the site does not show build dates beyond the model year, so ask the seller when the unit was actually produced and delivered.

Question 3

What layouts or floorplans of the Model Z 3110 are listed?

Accepted Answer

All three listings describe the same bunkhouse fifth wheel layout: a private rear bunkhouse, a front queen bedroom, a spacious central living area with opposing slides, and an island kitchen. The specs given are 34 ft 11 in long, sleeps 8, three slides. One description mentions more than 160 cu. of storage before the text cuts off. No other floorplan variations appear in the current listings.

Question 4

What should I check before buying a used Model Z 3110?

Accepted Answer

Even on 2026 and 2027 units, check the three slide rooms: run each one out and in, look at the seals, and watch for sagging or binding. Inspect the roof and all sealant seams, and check the bunkhouse and bedroom slide corners for water stains. Confirm the pin box, landing gear and tires. Since the listings advertise sleeps-eight bunk space, test every bunk, the appliances and the island kitchen plumbing yourself.

Question 5

What features come on the Model Z 3110?

Accepted Answer

Going only by what the dealer descriptions actually say: a private rear bunkhouse, a front queen bedroom, a spacious central living area with opposing slides, an island kitchen, and a combined open kitchen and living room. Stated specs are 34 ft 11 in, sleeps 8 and three slides, plus a mention of more than 160 cu. of storage. Anything beyond that, including appliances and tech, is not listed, so confirm it with the seller.

Question 6

Is the Model Z 3110 good for families?

Accepted Answer

That is the use the listings support. Every description leads with family: sleeping up to eight, a private rear bunkhouse for the kids, a front queen bedroom for the adults, and a wide open kitchen and living area in between where everyone gathers. One listing calls it the right unit for a larger family. The site does not publish weights or tow ratings for these units, so check the tow specs with the seller.

Question 7

Where can I find a Model Z 3110 for sale near me?

Accepted Answer

The three current listings on US RV Connection sit in two places: two in Middlebury, Indiana, and one in Cookeville, Tennessee. That is a fairly narrow footprint, so buyers outside the Midwest and mid-South should expect a drive. All three listings have photos. If none are close to you, the related Brinkley Model Z floorplans on the site may turn up in other locations.

Question 8

How does the Model Z 3110 compare to the Model Z 3100 and Model Z 3200?

Accepted Answer

On asking prices alone: the 3110 has 3 listings at $71,195 to $96,995, median $96,995, years 2026 to 2027. The Model Z 3100 shows 6 listings from $63,995 to $126,748, median $84,798, years 2024 to 2027, so it has more choice and more older-year options. The Model Z 3200 has 3 listings, $93,995 to $130,209, median $103,995, years 2026 to 2027. The site does not publish floorplan details for the siblings, so compare layouts in person.
