2018 Salem 36BHBS

# 2018 Salem 36BHBS | Upgraded for Full-Time Living | Dual A/C, Solar, Lithium & Private Office Looking for an RV you can actually LIVE in, rather than spend your first six months upgrading? This 2018 Forest River Salem 36BHBS has been our full-time home, and we've made substantial upgrades to the comfort, reliability, and electrical systems along the way. **Two air conditioners. Lithium batteries. Rooftop solar. Tankless hot water. New tires. Roof resealed. And a dedicated office.** This isn't a showroom trailer with a bunch of promises about what it *could* do. It's an RV we've actually lived and worked in. ### Built for comfortable living The original bunkhouse has been converted into a private office and filming studio. It's an ideal setup for remote workers, content creators, hobbyists, or anyone who wants a dedicated workspace instead of sacrificing the kitchen table. The trailer retains its original private bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, dining and living spaces. ### Thousands in upgrades **Cooling & Heating** - Furrion Chill Cube 18,000 BTU variable-speed A/C - Additional TOSOT 16,000 BTU A/C with Wi-Fi and heat pump - 34,000 BTU combined cooling capacity - Original propane furnace **Electrical & Off-Grid** - 200Ah LiFePO4 lithium battery bank, upgraded from Lead Acid - 12v 10cu Refrigerator - 400W rooftop solar - 30A MPPT solar controller - Designed for practical off-grid camping with propane appliances and solar-supported 12V power **Maintenance & Interior** - Four new tires - Roof resealed - Upgraded tankless water heater - New dinette cushions and covers - Reflectix window inserts - Three televisions - Front bunkhouse converted into private office ### Enjoy the destination, not the repair list We've camped off-grid in the Arizona winter, enjoyed full hookups when available, and used this trailer as both a home and a workplace. This RV is especially well suited to a couple looking for extended travel, seasonal snowbird living, or a full-time home with a separate workspace. **Our plans are changing, and it's time for this Salem to become somebody else's home on wheels.** Come take a look, see the upgrades for yourself, and make an offer. **Serious buyers welcome.**
